In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with our products or service or the product your ordered is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

If you are in any way disappointed with any item you ordered, please return it within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.

All we ask is that it is in as new condition, unused and in original packaging including your customer advice note.

Unless good are faulty, all returns are at the expense of the customer.

If you return an item due the wrong size being ordered and require another size, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery cost for a replacement to be sent.

If an item you order is out of stock we will notify you immediately and offer a suitable alternative. If this is not acceptable to you we will offer a full refund.

*Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive wherby you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
